As expected, Rep. John Garamendi (D-CA) has reintroduced the American Port Access Privileges Act (previously introduced last Congress) to the new Congressional session.  While the text of the bill has not yet been published on the Congressional website, the bill, HR 1013, is expected to contain identical/similar text to the bill introduced last session.
