CSA is excited to welcome Matt Edwards, PE as our Director of Maritime Affairs.
Matt has joined CSA after more than three decades in the industry. As a U.S.Coast Guard Captain, Matt oversaw global vessel safety and compliance programs and helped modernize regulatory frameworks for commercial shipping. He later served as a Senior Advisor at the Maritime Administration (MARAD), leading national initiatives focused on mariner workforce readiness, training, retention, and safety at sea.
